Ender's teething troubles

When you've got a baby for the first time, you imagine everything will be difficult. You prepare yourself for all possible problems, but as you find out; like all parents you are never ready. Ender's mum is a dietician and works at the Akdeniz Universty hospital. She's scared of all illnesses that can sometimes cause some problems. One time, when Ender stopped feeding she went crazy. She measured his milk levels (Ender does not take Mum's breast milk directly; his Mum has to take it with a vacuum pump). Around 3 days ago he stopped feeding and sleeping properly. He and his Mum had to stay all night together. At this time he does need to be on his Mum's shoulders, like all the babies. She did some research and found out he might have a teething problem. He started to squeeze everything in his mouth 2 months ago and is producing lots of salvia.

There's sign of a tooth coming that we can see, and a baby wouldn't normally have a first tooth until 7 months, but all the signs are that he is teething at 5 months.

If anyone has any tips or advice on how to get through this period, we would be happy to have a comment from you.

Ender's first blog entry

We thought it would be fun to let Ender write his own entry so we sat him down in front of the keyboard to see what he would come up with.

After a shaky start with lots of missed hits, he soon got the hang of it and managed:

cg 6 0 BV V C OLS- E BV NVJ BV HTOC.SOPO89KL89OVM NVMNMNGO

before he started screaming and shouting..... dunno what the problem was.

Needless to say, I'm a very proud Dad :-)
